NPLA Job Fair 2026

Employer Registration

The National Plaintiffs’ Law Association is proud to host its fourth annual Job Fair on June 29 -July 1.

Over the last three years, law student interest in plaintiffs’ side careers has boomed. The numbers don’t lie.

Since our first job fair in 2023, student participation has increased 330%. Last year alone, we saw massive increases in participation, reflecting the strong interest in career opportunities and engagement with the legal community.

To meet this increasing demand, we need your help to increase employer participation.

NPLA’s Job Fair is the best place to find new talent

  • "As part of your NPLA job fair, our firm reviewed 27 resumes, contacted 11, interviewed 7, and made offers to 5. After working out housing and other concerns, two 2L students accepted our offer. We feel your program was a success and are excited to have these students joining us as law clerks for Summer 2026...Overall the process, and the support were excellent."

McGinn Montoya Love Curry & Sievers

  • "As a first-gen student interested in plaintiffs work, I would have not been able to break into this field right after graduation without the NPLA. You can have all the grades and trial experience you want, but the NPLA opened doors for me I didn't even know existed."

    Law Student, Class of 2026

  • "“[T]here was a good diversity of schools and regions. You're doing a great job connecting students!”

    Gibbs Mura LLP

  • “Thank you for putting this on! I received interviews from three employers I was excited about and I've already accepted a Summer 2026 position with one of them. It's all thanks to this career fair!”

Employer Registration Period

a new and improved platform

We listened to your feedback. This year, NPLA will utilize a new, more sophisticated career fair platform for our 2026 Job Fair: FloRecruit.

When you register, you'll create job postings for each position you're hiring for.

Each posting allows you to customize required application materials. Resumes are required for all postings, but you may also request a cover letter, writing sample, or other materials at your discretion.

*Deadline for employer registration extended until May 18, 2026

May 19 - June 21

Candidates Apply

the bidding system

Law students and post-grad candidates will each receive ten bids to allocate across firms. They will use those bids to rank apply for their top ten choices.

There is no general resume drop this year—every application your firm receives will be a deliberate bid placed by a candidate.

Resumes will be required for each bid. Additional required materials—cover letters, writing samples, and transcripts—can be set by the employer.

June 22 - June 27

Interview Invitations

employer’s choice

Firms will review the bids they have received and extend invitations for interviews.

Each student may receive a maximum of five interview invitations on a first-come-first-served basis. Firms whose invite falls outside a student's five-invite limit will be notified and may select an alternative candidate.

Employers may conduct as many interviews as they like.

Interview schedules will be posted on June 27-28.

June 29 - July 1

Employers Interview Candidates

hosted on FloRecruit

Employers will interview the candidates they invited.

Firms can then conduct follow-up interviews and make hiring decisions on their own timelines, outside of the FloRecruit platform.
