The National Plaintiffs’ Law Association is proud to host its sixth bi-annual Job Fair will run February 2-13.

Over the last three years, law student interest in plaintiffs’ side careers has boomed. The numbers don’t lie.

Since our first job fair in 2023, student participation has increased 900%. Just last year, we navigated a 133% increase in student registrants, reflecting the strong interest in career opportunities and engagement with the legal community.

To meet this increasing demand, we need your help to increase employer participation.

NPLA’s Job Fair is the best place to find new talent

Employer Registration Period

November 9-December 11, 2026

Employers who plan to participate in the Winter 2027 job fair will register on our FloRecruit system.

Students Register and Apply

December 14, 2026-January 4, 2027

Students who plan to participate in the Winter 2027 job fair will register on our FloRecruit system and prepare application materials for the firms they are interested in.

Employers Select Interviewees

January 7-January 23, 2027

Employers will review candidates’ application materials, select students to interview, and select alternate/backup interview candidates.

Interview Scheduling Period

January 23-January 30, 2027

NPLA’s Student Leadership Council will run the scheduling software, make any necessary adjustments, and then publish the final interview schedules to employers through FloRecruit.

Interview Period

February 2-February 13, 2027

Interviews will be run virtually trough the FloRecruit system
